Up until August 27th, during the Twilight Museum period, we will be open until 19:30 (On Sundays and national holidays, we close at 17:30 as usual). You can enjoy our exhibitions in the “Night Museum”!

How about visiting us after swimming at the Momochi Hama beach? How about a nice walk to the museum, after seeing a great view of the city from Fukuoka Tower? You can see the tower illumination on your way to the museum! Sounds great doesn’t it?
After 17:30, you can enter our permanent and feature exhibitions for free! You can also get a discount for the entrance to the Great Amazon Exhibition! Please enjoy a fulfilling summer day at the Fukuoka City Museum!
